Overall Courtesy Ford is a respectable business. Perfection isn't achievable - but a strong employee base with dedication and pride matters. Courtesy Ford has great sales force, and customer service is better than average. Service department gets a plus for honesty.

Called for an oil change and got an appointment the very next day. Service was performed on time and I was able to wait for the work to be done. Brian was very professional.

Worked with Austin on a purchase of a Lincoln Navigator. He was great. I’ve been shopping for a car for a month or two, visited a few dealerships, including GMC and Lexus on several occasions - and most of the time the salesmen knew less about the car in question than I did, which was extremely annoying. Austin knew his stuff, and I appreciated that. His knowledge contributed to my final decision to make the purchase.

Be very careful about the sales technics of this dealer. Information such as the dealer inspection report was asked for multiple times and ignored with a response that the truck looks and runs great. Videos were provided as I am an out of state buyer but conveniently did not show any dents. When the salesman was asked about any imperfections all we got was looks great. I brought my car in for new tires, an oil change, and for them to fix my A/C compressor. I was told the car would be available 3 days later on Monday and that they would keep my car over the weekend. This is my favorite place to go for service. Everything is finished in a timely manner and I am not pushed to buy a new vehicle. Most dealerships will make you wait for hours and try to get you to buy something. Not this place!

Mobile service at its best. The techs called and came early which was great. They completed a recall in around 30 minutes and were gone. I only had to sign paperwork and hand over key then retrieve key and lock my vehicle. These men were polite, informative, friendly and efficient. A job well done.

They picked up our Navigator from our home for the exterior and interior coating and to find a leak in the sunroof. I love the fact I did not have to take the car in myself. We also received a loaner that was the same style as our Navigator so we did not feel like we lost our car. They fixed the leak and applied the coating and are returning the car shortly. Sherry kept my in the loop.

The staffing at the Courtesy Ford Main Service Shop are always so professional! On Saturday, 3 of us went to QuickLane, but a sign on the door said QuickLane was closed on 1/25 due to staffing issues. We went to the Main Service Shop at Courtesy Ford, and Zach was the only employee working the desk. He is very professional, bends over backwards to ensure all the customers (including myself) are taken care of the right way the first time. The other service mechanics who did the service on my vehicle were also phenomenal!

Put a deposit on a new F-150 from the factory. Had all the options I wanted and the perfect color. I wait a month for it to arrive, and get a call that it's on the lot. The service department always does good work. I marked good on the speed of service as I was told two to three days to check the car out and then time to fix the problem. For a single, senior citizen with only one car, it is a large interruption of my lifestyle. Because the brakes went out on Saturday evening, I could not get the car into the Service Department until Monday so I was four days without a vehicle. Mainly just frustration at the delay which Brian explained.

Great dealership, great service! Always able to get my vehicle in promptly for service and the service is excellent. They even sent a technician to my house to fix a couple of recall issues.

I had an appointment for routine oil change and tire rotation. They were ready for my vehicle when I arrived and completed the work is a timely manner.


Incredibly friendly and gracious staff! I stopped by to ask if I could charge my EV for an hour and they not only kindly allowed me to pull into the garage, but also offered coffee and a space to relax for an hour. A++ THANK YOU!

They refuse to replace a NEW truck that cannot tow with one that can. They know it's a problem, and wouldn't attempt to resolve at all other than to say I can trade it in and buy another of course making THEM a bunch more profit while costing me tens of thousands more Avoid these crooks at all costs.

Smooth and seamless

I had 3 hours of work done on my Ford Cmax at this dealership service department. They changed the oil and put in an oil filter and flushed my systems. No spark plugs. No tire rotation. Really, very little was done. I was charged $1250. in total. That's $400. an hour for labor for simple 50,000 mile maintenance. I will not be taking my car back to these people. I am sorely disappointed.

The deal was more than fair. Negotiations were not back and fourth. Sales rep and manager were respectful. Dealer had person pick me up from the airport an hour away. Sales rep was patient and knowledgable. Manager was professional and kept to promises. Financing was fast and professional but everyone was friendly. I’ll try and send them more business in the future. Other Ford dealers need to learn by them.

Emilio was extremely helpful and accommodating considering I live in Seattle. He drove almost two hours to meet in the middle to deliver the car and answered every question and concern over the phone. The whole process was surprisingly smooth considering the circumstances and I cannot recommend the dealership enough.
