Routine maintenance oil change, etc. plus a repair to the right rear passenger door handle and lock, reconnection of an internal cable! Upon return, Raul noticed a strong burning oil smell and said I should mention it to the Service Dept. not the first time it’s happened. Drive thru workers even notice it.

My formerly very reliable 2002 Ford Explorer, purchased new, with 130,000 original miles, quit running. I had it towed to Courtesy Ford and, after at least four trips to the facility and over $6,000 paid for repairs, my vehicle still will not start and run. I want the Explorer for tasks my new Honda SUV cannot do easily and have studded snow tires for it for winter use - if I could use it. Variety of service offered by this dealership is exceptional. We especially like the mobile Home Service.
Vehicle went in for service - and came out with inoperable systems - that were functioning when the vehicle came in. Service took over a week, anf the vehicle came back dirtier than when it went in. The voice commands were fully operational when I put the vehicle in. Completely inoperative when I got is back

Went in for my 5000 mile oil change as I have for the past 5 years and was very disappointed in the service I received this time. Last time I was there they change out a front headlight that was out and when we got home it was pointing sideways which we did not realize till nighttime. We live about 40 minutes from the dealership and decided to wait till this time to let them know and fix. Steve Huffman got the commission but at best he was mediocre. Did not do his follow ups I was asking for nor returning my calls. After saying, after I asked, he mentioned interest rates as low as 0% or 2.9% which was wrong! And, while I eventually just decided to purchase the regular Navigator, what I was asking for (Reserve L) was bit the vehicle I was told. This dealership allowed me to do everything online so when I actually went in, I had the financing figured out and was able to just look at and test drive the vehicle and go from there. There was an issue with the back hatch not working with the power lift, but they took care of that. Their service department was already closed when I was there so the Salesman went to an auto parts store to get a fuse. They ended up discounting the price of the vehicle. Courtesy Ford responded to my question about the tire pressure system on a 2025 Explorer with service employees who reset the monitoring system. The system reset took about thirty minutes to complete and check that it was reporting correct tire pressures in each location. The service department was very helpful with correcting the problem.
Courtesy Ford Lincoln made the car buying process fast and easy. They worked with my situation and my budget to get me a great car!
Complete lack of service. I found the car I wanted, they drug their feet and failed to get it transferred (even though they tried to get me to sign a title application with the VIN, for a vehicle they did not have).
Finance person, Sonny, was unhinged and slammed his hands on the desk before leaving the room and yelling through the Lincoln office.
Requested mgr contact me, so I could work with another sales rep. Mgr never made contact.
Contacted the dealership that had said vehicle and received great service.

I purchased a car from this dealership and was helped by Christopher, who made everything sound like a great deal. Unfortunately, less than a month after buying it, I started having major engine problems. When I reached out for help, they refused to provide a rental or take accountability, even though the issues happened right after purchase.

Very disappointed in the female service advisor. She changed the facts and it’s been 2 months since truck was last in (3 times in 8 months and supposedly it’s “normal “) and she still hasn’t finished the paperwork so I can see what was said/done. Service manager is not much better as they haven’t helped at all. Their phone system sucks because you can’t ever get a hold of anyone. Major letdown and wish I had bought truck elsewhere.
Easy to schedule appointments. You can wait in waiting room. They inform you of any additional work so you approve it before having it done. Good pleasant people. They do good work.

Mike McClure was fantastic to work with. We had a particular Maverick in mind. It was in transit and he kept us posted every step of the way. Once the truck was at the dealership we got immediate outreach and he took us through the sales process as quickly as possible. Absolutely would work with him again if we were looking for another vehicle.
They got the job done. Was supposed to be 45 mins but took 90 mins. All business no personal connection. Didn’t go over the inspection results, but did get a checklist. No comments about vehicle condition.
My service at Quick Lane today was perfect. But when I purchased my Ford I did not get good service. I repeatedly called for information and help and got nothing. I'm very disappointed. I did come in for my free oil change today and the young man had great customer service skills. But other than that it's been disappointing
Courtesy Ford has been my dealer/service agency for 27 years. The service staff, especially Brian Sterrett, are awesome - friendly, knowledgeable, accurate. The sales staff are willing and able to answer questions and help without being pushy. Sherry Gaylord, in the Customer Care center goes above and beyond to help the customer get what they need.There is no need to go anywhere else for any help needed.

Low pressure. Received a good deal considering the popularity of the Maverick. The Ford promotion was the motivating factor to purchase before the 2026 models come out.
Overall Courtesy Ford is a respectable business. Perfection isn't achievable - but a strong employee base with dedication and pride matters. Courtesy Ford has great sales force, and customer service is better than average. Service department gets a plus for honesty.

I purchased my car in 2013 and this is the first time I've had a problem after 118000+ miles other than tires, recalls and oil change and recommended mileage service. I guess I trust them to work on my car although I could have had it looked at elsewhere for less.
Called for an oil change and got an appointment the very next day. Service was performed on time and I was able to wait for the work to be done. Brian was very professional.

Worked with Austin on a purchase of a Lincoln Navigator. He was great. I’ve been shopping for a car for a month or two, visited a few dealerships, including GMC and Lexus on several occasions - and most of the time the salesmen knew less about the car in question than I did, which was extremely annoying. Austin knew his stuff, and I appreciated that. His knowledge contributed to my final decision to make the purchase.
Be very careful about the sales technics of this dealer. Information such as the dealer inspection report was asked for multiple times and ignored with a response that the truck looks and runs great. Videos were provided as I am an out of state buyer but conveniently did not show any dents. When the salesman was asked about any imperfections all we got was looks great.
