Always helpful and convenient. We drive to this location in portland from vancouver because we were told this is the better location. After stopping by the one closest to my home i could not agree more. Robby has been great to us. Being first car owners we take a lot more time and explaining than the average experienced owner and i think he does a good job helping us understand and save as much money as possible. This is the place to go!

We had a terrific experience buying a used car from Courtesy Ford. I emailed about taking a look at a car I had seen online... Dalyn got in touch with me and set up an appointment for that evening. When we got there he had pulled the car indoors out of the cold and had clearly familiarized himself thoroughly with the car (it was not a Ford) and was able to answer questions, show us features etc. We were able to purchase the car that night without any pressure or hassles from him or his manager. There was a minor issue with the car that they took care of, leaving us very impressed with their service, especially since our purchase was for a relatively inexpensive car.

Dropped of Lincoln MKX this morning at 9am for service. 5pm was told they cant figure out issue with heated seats. Maybe tomorrow?? Although i bought an extended warrenty which covers rental vehicles apparently it only covers Lincoln rentals which this location does not carry. I live in Husum, WA in the Columbia River Gorge which is 1.5 hr drive one way. Now, at 5pm on a Friday night, i have to rent a car out of my own pocket. I am regretful for using this dealership and for purchasing an extended warrenty that is not being honored. Be careful. Saturday 11am. Husband called dealer to inquire as to the status. The assigned person to our service said courtesy ford would cover a rental as they could not remedy the problem with our vehicle. so happy but too bad it wasn't yesterday but I'm not complaining at this point. I picked up an all wheel drive and headed up the gorge this afternoon. we will see what happens...stay tuned! Car was repaired and retrieved on Tuesday. I am glad to say the service department came through for us. We are very pleased with the end product.

I went in to courtesy ford Lincoln after spending hours search the Web for a decent usedeal truck after my car was totalled in an accident. I looked at a used Ford they had on the lot and the salesman, Jarett met me as soon as I pulled up. I told him what I was looking for and my budget. I told him about the sport track I saw on the site and we took it for a test drive. there were some minor issues with but he said the could all be fixed, the truck hadn't even gone through inspection yet as they had just taken it in on trade. we filled out the paperwork and they said they would keep me in the loop with the inspection. they fixed everything! they made the truck look like it just rolled off the show room floor! the interior was mint condition and it looked like the outside had brand new paint! I couldn't have been more impressed with the level of care and service that I recieved! from test drive to delievery Jarett kept me in the loop and was always straight with me. I can't praise them enough! if you're looking to buy a new or used rig, look here first. they have a low pressure environment and listen to what the customer wants and needs.thank you courtesy ford, you're the best!
